I’m passionate about guiding individuals on their career and self discovery journeys, harnessing self-awareness, and using the transformative power of art and psychometrics to unlock personal growth. Hi I’m Lana! A Psychometrist with a passion for tailoring assessments to give you insight into yourself that you didn’t know you needed! My studies and experience have been within organisational settings, however, I am also passionate about using assessments as tools to enlighten individuals, so that they can see their true strengths and areas for enrichment, allowing them to gain better self-awareness and to empower them with tangible information to enhance their lives.
